Am using Osticket l.7 and having trouble in finding a solution for this...
I have piped my support email to create ticket in OSTicket. If a customer replies to the ticket notification it appends with the ticket... but it is not happening with the staff... if a staff replies to the ticket it creates a new ticket...
Does somebody have any hack to achieve staff responding via email in osticket latest version ?
