I’m facing an issue with agent access in osTicket. I’ve created two agents and assigned them to the same department with identical permissions. However, I’m noticing some inconsistencies between the two:
Ticket Visibility:
One agent can see only 9 tickets, while the other can see more.
The total count of tickets shown in pagination also differs for each agent.
Ticket Settings Access:
One agent can access the ticket settings, but the other cannot.
I’ve already double-checked their role and department permissions, and they are exactly the same.
Could someone please help me identify the cause of this inconsistency and how to resolve it?
