osTicket (v1.18.1) i can't print tickets

when i try to print the ticket from agent or from user i got the message
HTTP error 500
osticket version 1.18.1 php 8.3.3

i am using windows server 2019

Well for one v1.18.1 doesn’t support PHP 8.3. I would highly suggest upgrading to v1.18.2 and retesting. You will also need to check all logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
