Hello,
I have configured osticket V1.18.2 on a ubuntu 24.2 server with OAuth2 on Azure.
I can create the ticket from the customer portal and receive it in the osticket admin portal and on my O365 email.
If I reply from the osticket Admin portal, I receive the email in my O365 mailbox.
But, if I reply from my O365 email, I don't receive it in osticket: This is my problem.
