Hello,
I am currently testing the user portal.
The objective for my compagny is that users who open tickets should be able to see the status of their ticket.
Is there a way for users to see which technician is assigned to their ticket ?
For exemple on this screenshot :

- I can see the state of the ticket
- I can see the department
- I can see the name of the Technicien who responded to me
- But i can't see the technician assigned to the ticket.
It is possible to add this field ?
