Howdy! Kudos for the excellent feature pack the project provides! I'm trying to create a ticket with an internal note in the ticket through the API using the /api/tickets.json endpoint.

Here is the payload:

        ticket_data = {
            "name": "My Name",
            "email": "submitter@email.com",
            "subject": "Subject",
            "notes": "Hello internal note",
            "message": "Hello message",
            "alert": False,
            "autorespond": False,
            "source": "API",
            "mail_opt_out": True,
        }

It seems that this updates the submitter account notes. What would be the proper way to leave an internal note in the ticket and not the user data?

    Unfortunately the API is extremely limited in its current state. It only allows for basic Ticket creation. You cannot add internal notes nor replies at this time. This is something coming in v2.0 so stay tuned!

    Cheers.

    Thank you for your prompt reply @KevinTheJedi! Is this the case for custom fields too? I have extended the Ticket Details entity with a few custom fields, but I fail to set them during ticket creation.
