In our contact center, we are experiencing a few issues:

  • Delayed responses
  • Some emails are not being sent, or users are not receiving them (we noticed a "gateway timeout" error in the logs)

These problems have been recurring, similar to the ones we faced around two months ago. At times, emails fail to send, or recipients do not receive them.

Additionally, we are encountering significant delays in replies.

Please investigate the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.

    Sounds like your mail is taking forever to connect. Check your system logs for any Mailer Errors. Other than that check the server resources during the reply to see what’s bottlenecking (if anything). Usually if you hit reply and it takes forever it’s either sending emails to a lot of people or the mail connection is slow or the mail connection is broken.
