I am facing SLA modification, I want to create three different SLA's. One is for member, second is for team Lead and third is for manager. If SLA for member is escalated then it should go to team lead automatically with an email and same scenario for the manager. is it possible or did someone implemented that functionality then kindly help me out

But some of the major functionalities are not reflecting changes, is there any kind of restriction in functional logic?

    I want to add SLA for team member, team lead and manager where on each SLA escalation, the concerned person will get notified through email or other notification method and the time will run accordingly, I think I am missing some core things. is there anyone who have implemented those changes? I want to purchase it.
