Hello,
since few months ago I had a problem on the ticket status list. I'm not able to make maintenance on this list.
I tried to check on the DB, but I don't find a solution.
Somebody can help me?
osTicket version: 1.16

    I send some screenshots so you can see the case.

    If I select the list "Stati ticket".

    If I select the "items" section.

    If I select the section "Properties" nothing happen.
    I hope now is much clear.

      Ah, you’d have to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. However I will say that you are using an End Of Life version of osTicket so you won’t receive much assistance unless you upgrade to v1.17.5 or v1.18.1.

      OK, I will check on the logs and I will update soon.
      Only for information all others custom lists work fine.
      I will update this ticket as soon I update the system.
