Top-Level Ticket Count for advance searches

We have just upgraded to osTicket (v1.18.1), we have lost the Top-Level Ticket Count for advance searches, could you please advise how this can be rectified

Can you further explain please? Maybe provide helpful screenshots?

The setting for Queues is at Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Settings > Top-Level Ticket Counts.

So when a search was completed the quantity figure would appear next to the bold Search header, the same as the figures next to the other 3 headers (open / My Tickets/ Closed)

I activated the quantity figure next to open / my tickets & closed exactly as you explained in your last entry.

Ah, I see what you mean now. Since you can now have multiple searches you will need to expand the list to see each one’s count.

When you say expand the list do you mean expand the tickets per page?

Unfortunately we have a 5 year work cycle which we need to obtain quantities for yearly / monthly / per client etc... these can be 1000s / 100s /10's or less
Quantities could easily be achieved searching on the old version, by using multiple filters such as help topic / contains / issues Summary / contains with the figure being displayed next to Search

No, I mean simply expand the Search tab like you can with say the Open Queue. It will contain a list of all saved searches as well as unsaved searches. Unsaved searches will remain there until the Agent logs out (stored in the session).
