Team,

I am recently seeing more of this DB errors popping in , can you help me understand what the issue is here.

I see there is no column thread_count in ost_ticket, how do I fix this issue?

There is currently an issue with some annotations causing such db errors. It’s a known issue on our list.

I've discovered you can also get this error if you add a custom field but do not define a variable name. Whilst most functions appear OK, there is a problem when exporting the ticket data. Perhaps there should be a check to prevent adding a ticket custom field without defining a variable name.
