Reload Page After Change Help Topic

can you help me, where is the code to make the page refresh automatically when changing the help topic, so far when changing the help topic only displays a successful message. but I want when successfully changing it to immediately reload the ticket page.

Hmm, it should update the Help Topic on screen as well. I just tested to confirm. Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.

KevinTheJedi help topic is successfully changed, but for the event log needs to be refreshed first so that it appears. I have some modifications, where when the help topic is changed, I set it so that there are some ticket statuses that are not displayed, it works but after refreshing therefore, I ask for help on how to make it auto reload when help topic changes.

I use osTicket version v1.17.5.

Ah, then you will need to modify the codebase. When modifying the codebase you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. The code is open source and publicly available on GitHub. GitHub has a great search tool as well as a code tree feature and code references feature. You will proceed at your own risk! Good luck!
