Trouble setting up rcron - Remote Cron Job

I have tied using Easycron and cron-job. Just to test I could run Cron.php which of course will return with a message that you can only run it locally .. but when I try the rcron with url and API Key. it return with error;

I have the rcon.php file in in https://mywebsite//helpdesk/api
but i can't find directory called /task in the api directory. Am I missing anything?

I meants "tasks" directory not task
I was able to run cron job using scheduler when hosted on our own server, as soon as I moved the osticked to hosted space i had to use rcron as per information found here, I generated the api key

seem like some improvement, its now complaining "valid API key required". when generating apikey in osticket, do we use ip address for the system where its being hosted or from where the cronjob request will be made e.g. easycron

The IP making the request. You can set your Admin Panel > Settings > System > Default Log Level to DEBUG, make a call, and check your Admin Panel > Dashboard > System Logs for the failed request and you’ll see the real IP making the request. That’s the IP you’ll need to create a key for.
