System Default Ticket Queue: Open / Open
My Agent Account Default Ticket Queue: Open / Open

When I browse to scp/ root on my PC, the Open / Open queue is displayed as a result.

However, when I browse to scp/ root on my mobile phone (android, chrome browser), only the Open queue (not Open / Open) is displayed.

Strange, isn't it? Of course, I am logged in on both devices with the same credentials.

What setting, session, or cookie (or whatever) could be causing this? I was using v1.14 before, and in that version, the Open / Open queue was displayed on both devices.

As a workaround, I browse to scp/tickets.php?queue=2 on my mobile device, which explicitly calls the Open / Open queue.

    Check your Default Queue in your profile. Other than that it may be a session issue on mobile and you need to clear the site cookies/session/cookies.
