hello, i am working on the ticket.view.inc.php which deals with the main ticket page. i am trying make changes to the internal note tab. i want to paste some information into the text area there. i have managed to paste the data but it is not visible in the redactor anyone knows a solution to this?? or the line of code i need to achieve this? thanks in advance!!
