Right. Since each reply from osTicket generates a new email chain in the client's email, it's critical for us to include the Last or Original message for context. However, without the images, people were frequently missing a lot of that context.
If that is how the code was intended, that is fine. We can work around it, but I did want to confirm this isn't a glitch.
