Hello, I have installed osTicket 1.12, I retrieve the mails via IMAP, if mails are signed with a certificate, an attachment smime.p7m is displayed in OS Ticket and the content of the message is empty. Is there a solution for this?

Upgrade to a supported version (v1.18.1 or v1.17.5) and retest.

Apparently, we don’t have smime support. This was added as a feature request and slated for v2.0. Stay tuned!
