Can't connect to OAuth Microsoft

I tried to switch from Redirect URL from the IP-Adress of the server to the DNS Name and now after logging in to Microsoft I get a gray/white screen (white on the top and slowly getting darker on the bottom) but nothing happens.
URL is now only https://DNSName/osTicket/ of the gray website. Like the forwarding to something isn't working

You are not using osTicket. You are using a a heavily modified “German version” modded by a third party that we have zero affiliation with. You will need to contact the modders directly for further assistance as this forum is for core osTicket and core osTicket plugins only.

I understand. Then I'll probably just migrate to the Core Version of osTicket and keep it in english.

May I know, where I find the Core Version? I usually just downloaded the langauge pack from osticket.com

I have to comment very briefly, on the screenshot you can clearly see that it uses the original version with a language pack. (I can't say whether it's the original language pack or ours, but it doesn't matter)

The German version is clearly recognizable by 2 features

The organ colors to implement the accessibility law, and the version string.

All I see is German language and a VERY similar theme. Still a modded installation nonetheless.

I don't remember if we had this exact version but I did a full reinstall and I can confirm, that it's the same but with "Free" instead of "Plus".

However now I get at least an error when trying to log in to OAuth:
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://login.microsoftonline.com/6310d924-8907-4841-80c0-f5477d09c9f0/oauth2/v2.0/token

I habe already downloaded the cacert.pem, put it in the PHP folder and edited the "curl.cainfo" in the php.ini.
Yet nothing changed.

Do you have an idea?

If you’re still using the modded version you will need to switch to vanilla osTicket for further assistance here. Since your current error has nothing to do with osTicket you should google the error and try the top results. Typically means out of date SSL certificate for curl.

What do you mean "core version free"? Can you post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information?
