Hi Team,
I am having issues setting up outlook email.
The email server is Office 365 (MS cloud)
I followed up the guide in:
https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/OAuth2/Microsoft%20Authorization%20Guide.html
to configure osTicket.
After configuting the parameters, I am asket to select the microsoft account
when selecting the account I get the following message:
We checked the access to the server, and verified it works:
Also verified the firewall:
Can you point me wher to look for the problem ?
