Forward Ticket Thread & Attachments

Is there anyway to forward a ticket threat with attachments to an email address?

I understand I can add a collaborator and then use the %{variable} to include the thread content but then what about the attachments?

Any work around or solution?

The attachments come with them if you use the full thread variable: %{ticket.thread.complete}

Thanks for a super prompt response on a weekend, I really appreciate it.

I just tried your suggestion. The attachment is added in the body of the email as a link. Is there anyway to send the attachment as an attachment & not a link?

I don't want to expose link of my OST to the world.

Not at this time, no. Your best bet is to print the Ticket to PDF, choose the option to include attachments, then create a separate Ticket owned by the intended recipient, and attach the ZIP. However keep in min this will include the Ticket Header with original user info, etc.

KevinTheJedi hmm.. It would really help if %{ticket.thread.complete} can include attachments as attachments. Please consider for future versions.
