OsTicket - Not populating the tickets page

No idea why this is happening, but it started out of the blue yesterday.
The buttons on the Tickets page are acting wierd.
And it's unable to add the Tickets to the list.

Sometimes the buttons are normal, but it still won't get the tickets.

I've checked in the database, and all the tickets are there. They just won't show up on the webpage.

I know someone did try to add a new section to the Ticket details under "Forms" yesterday.
But I think that might jsut be a coincidence.

Anyway, I just wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar, and how you might have recitified that?

An image of the buttons acting wierd:
This only happens when you hold your mouse over the button.
Then all the buttons behind the one you are hovering over drops down on the screen.

You need to check all possible logs for any related errors. Likely an issue where a field is missing when they updated the form.

I'm new to this, where can I find the log files? Is there a way to clear the logs and repopulate the issue to make it easier to track? Please guide me

There are various log files including general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc. Each of these locations are specific to your server/environment. When in doubt you can google your specific server/setup and look at guides on how to find the logs.
