Many tickets that had already been closed since 2021 began to arrive by mail en masse, nothing has been moved.

Checking the database I see that many were updated today, however they are tickets that were closed years ago

That’s very odd. Check the status of an example and see if it’s truly close or not. Maybe they were closed but were reopened for some reason? Was a cron job/scheduled task recently introduced?

Also, post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.
