HTTP ERROR 500 when trying to update Calendars/schedules

When I click to update, a blank screen pops up and I get an error 500. What could I do to solve this?

Check the various logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

If you do so in English does it work? Is that the US Holidays schedule or a custom one?

All of them have this same error, the custom and the default ones. I'll try switching to english to see if it works.

Changed it to english and it is still not working.

Bumping this thread because I haven't been able to solve it.

Try going here and adding a debug statement (either var_dump or error_log) after $datetime to log both $this->value and $datetime. After making those changes you would need to redo the steps to produce the error again so it will log the needed information. Once you have the output of both please post the results here.

It's essentially saying it cannot call getTimestamp() on $datetime because it's NULL which means it was not able to create a DateTime object in the first place.
