Hi. I'm missing %{ticket.number} in my emails. It's been working at the beginning but not sure what happened. It is missing in agent and recipient emails. This is what my template looks like: Thank you!

Sounds like you modified the code or using a 3rd party plugin or having db issues or you are using a really old version.

OR you could've added a custom field with the Variable name number. Variables must be unique meaning you can't use the built-in ones either. So if you have a custom field with the Variable as number change it to something else.
