I inherited this system from the Help Desk person before me only a month ago and it seems to be having some issues now. The tickets do not come in except every once in a while all at once. For example: No tickets Friday and then all of a sudden 10 tickets at 10:05 on Monday. I went to the Information page as some posts on here suggested to see an exclamation next to the imap entry. Would this be causing the issue? If so how do I remediate? Thank you 🙂
