KevinTheJedi Kevin I have reviewed it and even printed the JSON separately before feeding to API there it's fine. When the data is reflecting here then it's getting changed.

How fast are you sending the requests? Have you tried sending them slower and seeing if that makes it better?

KevinTheJedi Kevin I can share the 2 script response just before sending it to the osticket where in one it will take all the correct fields and in other only name and email variable will be changed.

What is all that?! I thought it was a simple script. Well I can’t really do much with that so I’m not really sure how to help you unless you can track this down in the codebase. You can add debug statements to the code in various places to see at which point it’s assigning to a different user than it’s supposed to. I will say we have many clients using the API daily sending many, many requests and we haven’t heard of such issue; especially with the latest releases.

Have a look at these 2 responses. One is codebase generated json before pushing it to API and another one is the Osticket ticket details. I hope you will have a clear picture now. Ticket no is same and check at name.

…the email address is the same so of course it will go to the same user. The email address is the unique identifier for users and agents.

KevinTheJedi Ok got it. So actually i set a default email id if there is no mail id. I was not aware about that. So sorry for all the trouble and thanks for the all help.
