I'm running into an issue where not all of my emails are being fetched in a day and I'm having to move them manually from the archive folder (where they are tagged as 'inbox' instead of the folder name) back to the inbox. I even have to do this a few times for a ticket. These tickets are currently set to Fetched Emails: Archive - Move to Folder. I have been reading a lot of people having this issue in this thread: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/6407
My question is: Why is it not recommended to 'do nothing' for Fetched Emails? I don't want to switch it to this option blindly.
