Hi, I have osticket v.1.17 running and I want to upgrade to version 1.17.5.
I have cloned osticket (http://intranet/osticket/), in the same IIS but I have called it osticket-test (http://intranet/osticket-test/). Both work fine.
When I want to update osticket-test to see if everything works fine, I download the osticket.zip file, once inside, I unzip the osTicket-v1.17.5.zip file and move the contents of the upload folder to the osticket-test directory (except the include/ost-config.php file).
Following the instructions on the website, I go to the page http://intranet/osticket-test/scp/upload.php, but I get a page with a 404 error as if it couldn't find the website.
Can you help me? My knowledge is minimal and I'm probably doing something wrong.
Thank you very much

  • I found the solution, so I'm answering it myself, just in case it ever happens to someone.
It's a beginner's mistake, in the IIS configuration, in redirects I had the address of the original osticket. I changed the address and it worked.
    Thanks
