We are serving support for one big Company which has Branches exactly 18 and growing... One of their employee probably President want access as a Agent and want to see which their Branches generate most tickets etc... I want inside the FORM->Details create one more label called 'Branch'. Can we include 'Branch' instead 'Department' in statistics and add 'Topic' and 'Branch' in one table ? I know it is sounds complicated... Thanks for replies.
