We started using osTicket in my company a couple months ago, and so far it has been a major time saver.
There is some interest to sync between our tickets created in OS and a secondary system we use (for Quality Management/Documentation). I have been creating custom forms for additional fields we need and as an example it works good enough.
I am wondering if it's possible to add additional forms, based on the values in certain variables or keywords in the issue title/description. I believe this can be done from Filter Actions. Is that this an intended use-case for Filter Actions? If so could anyone refer me to the relevant osTicket documentation/a good example?
