Hi everyone, i need a help for this problem, what can i do fix it?

Uhh…O365 deprecated basic authentication last year or longer ago. You need to upgrade to v1.18.1, install the OAuth2 plugin, install and enable the URL Rewrite module for your server, and follow this guide to setup Modern Authentication (OAuth2). And lucky for you Microsoft is in the midst of royally messing things up so you have to additionally customize the plugin to skip a check that’s been there for years:

Thank you for your support but i dont fix it this problem. There are no files in the relevant directory, C:\inetpub\wwwroot\osticket\api\ true but \auth\oauth2 missed. can you help me for this? By the way, I upgraded to the latest version.
Please read my post above. This requires the URL Rewrite module to be installed and enabled.
