Hi all, i need that in the ticket view of the operator panel, added to the standard columns (Ticket, Last Update, Subject), the column with the IP address of the station from where the ticket is opened. Is that possible? Thank you in advance

You would simply need to modify the needed Queue and create a Column with the Primary Data Source set to the desired information (in this case IP Address). You can read more here:
