Hello, i got a little problem with dashboard - when i add departments and user to see this deptarment - its not showing up on dashboard can u help me ? its only works on support default deparment ....

You need to give the Agent the Stats permission. Go to Admin Panel > Agents > Agents, click Agent's name, Permissions, Miscellaneous, enable Stats, and Save Changes.
