First things first, you always need to post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information when making a new discussion. You would simply need to check all logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. With the information you've provided it'd be a guessing game.
