Good morning, after configuring email fetching and ensuring this was working as it should be. I've noticed that it's only generating tickets under department M rather than department S. The email settings show that the email account with fetching enabled is set to generate new tickets under department S, but they get created under department M.
Thinking it might be the overall default department for the OSTicket instance, I changed the default department from M to S without any changes. Is there something with the cronjob I have to configure to get tickets created under the correct department? Rather than having them get created in a different one and require a manual transfer to the correct department?
