So yeah, I'm experiencing this strange "i" instead of zeros. Has anyone seen this before?

My eyes need checking. On my screen the 8 looked like a 6. Anyways, did you check #2?
Also, PHP 8.3 is not fully supported yet; you will have issues. You need to downgrade to PHP 8.2 until 8.3 is supported.
KevinTheJedi No worries. I checked #2; it's set to the correct time zone and locale defaults. Do I need to set custom formats?

No, defaults should be working just fine. Could be an issue with PHP settings or something. I would downgrade PHP and retest.
