Due Date showing an "i" when selecting time.

So yeah, I'm experiencing this strange "i" instead of zeros. Has anyone seen this before?

You are using an old unsupported version of osTicket. To get further support you will need to upgrade to the latest (v1.17.5 or v1.18.1).
Check your Date and Time Format options under Admin Panel > Settings > System.

My eyes need checking. On my screen the 8 looked like a 6. Anyways, did you check #2?

Also, PHP 8.3 is not fully supported yet; you will have issues. You need to downgrade to PHP 8.2 until 8.3 is supported.

KevinTheJedi No worries. I checked #2; it's set to the correct time zone and locale defaults. Do I need to set custom formats?

KevinTheJedi I had to upgrade to PHP 8.3 due to vulnerabilities in earlier versions. I'm in an enterprise environment.

No, defaults should be working just fine. Could be an issue with PHP settings or something. I would downgrade PHP and retest.
