I have configured the email following the Osticket guide, Microsoft Authorization Guide (https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/OAuth2/Microsoft%20Authorization%20Guide.html#microsoft-authorization-guide).
I have configured the MTA with the same email that I had configured, but when I do the email test, I receive an email in MIME format. Can you help me?
