Can't save php.ini

I modified the file php.ini to change:
Post_max_size
memory_limit
upload_max_size

Then I saved it, but in osTicket doesn't appear the change I did. For instance:
The upload_max_size was 2M
But I changed it to 30M

I reboot the Apache2 service but nothing happens, even I reload the page.
Any suggestion?

Sounds like you didn’t restart PHP-FPM. PHP-FPM runs separately than Apache.

KevinTheJedi I didn't even have installed php-fpm. I already installed and restarted it but still the 2 mb

Then you aren't editing the right ini file or something. You can always create a phpinfo file in your site root and visit it in the browser. This way you can see the exact file and path it's using for the site.
