I'm currently running OSTicket version 1.18 and have noticed that tickets assigned to staff on my team still appear on the main screen, in a column labeled "Assigned To". In previous versions this didn't happen - when a ticket was assigned it would disappear from the main inbox and only the staff who had the ticket could see it in their "My Tickets" section or they could also see it by searching for the ticket number.
I'm asking for your help to see if there's a way to get back to the previous view.
