Hi everyone,
we are managing multiple support addresses with osTicket and sometimes the customer is providing the mailbox through his tenant in order to get the right domain for the address. In the past it was alright to use basic auth to integrate the mailbox but now if the customer uses Exchange or Gmail we must obviously use oAuth2.
We already have oAuth setup on our own Microsoft Tenant but my question is whether it is possible and/or recommended to set it up on another Microsoft Tenant.
