Is Google OAuth2 not working for osTicket recently?

I have been blocked two accounts in Gmail since June, and try to apply a new Gmail and set a new API last night but having an issue accessing the app Gmail API once submit the form IdP Config

The two previous Gmail accounts were rarely used, and I don't know the specific reason why the account was disabled.

Haven’t heard of this issue before. Maybe try setting up a new project and client secret?

The problem has been solved. The URI filled in the last step of creating the project was wrong, but I still don’t know why Google disabled both of my email addresses at the same time. After all, I only tested it a few times when I created the account and haven’t used it since then. Does this OAuth2 authorization authentication need to be manually updated by logging into the Google Cloud Console every six months?

Depends, are you using a personal Gmail account or business account? Business accounts can create internal apps that don't require approval. Whereas personal Gmail accounts only have "Testing" projects and tokens need to be manually reauthorized every couple of days/weeks/months. You can publish your project and it should allow you to authorize automatically until the client secret expires.

Ahh, I see from their docs that tokens are revoked if not used for 6 months. You can read more here:

https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2#expiration

But you should also publish the project to get around the “test mode” limitations. Read here and scroll down to the “Publishing Status” section.
