The server is getting slow when I use OSTICKET, it is consuming a lot of memory. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Is it the database or web server? You need to drill down what exactly is slow to better tackle this.

It is the web server, when you try to create a ticket or manage it, the consumption increases
What I meant by that is what service is taking up the resources? Can you run TOP command or something and see what specific service is taking up the resources?
