Is there a way to automatically group, tag, mark, or identify tickets that get created via inbound email based on the domain name? For example, Ticket #1 gets created from this email address: john@abc.com; Ticket #2 gets created from this email address: sally@xyz.com. I would like to mark, tag, or group these emails automatically based on the domain name of the sender, and view that information in a column within the Agent View. Essentially, separating the different companies that I service easily, sort them, so they are not all mixed together.
