Hey this is the 2nd time this happens to us where an email with a large file is basically blocking the fetching queue... As soon as I moved that email, all others got fetched... They were stuck for a week... :-(
The file is 27mB, however both agent and ticket attachment settings are set to 64mB so I am not sure what else I can do to prevent this issue in the future.
Is there some other settings I could play with?
Or set the fetch to skip the blocking emails and move to the next ones in line?
