E-mail fetching and others

Hello I have some questions:
1- Fetching E-mails some times not working if I am not signed in to SCP panel , for example one user opened two tickets yesterday by sending to support E-mail which has been registered to Os ticket system but no tickets registered till I opened the SCP panel today morning once I signed in two tickets opened and two E-mail sent back to the user , how to avoid this delay?
2- I need more reporting capabilities is there is any plugin can help me more?
3- in one department team leader can't see all team in dashboard under agents in reports, why?
4- I need to add Arabic language to system is it available?

Create a Cron Job or Scheduled Task.
No core plugins for reporting at this time. The only reporting we have is in Dashboard and via Advanced Searches/Exports.
You need to have the appropriate permission to see all Agents in Dashboard (look for the Search permission).
Yea, go to our download page and click on languages.
