I would like to know if I can export a custom column that was created manually in the ticket report. For example, I created the board column, but this option does not appear when you click on export and select the columns.

You can only export built-in fields and any Custom Fields that were added to the Ticket Details Form only. If it's a custom field on a custom form then you will not be able to export it natively. You would need to customize the code, potentially modify/add database records, etc.

and what is the requirement for the field to appear here in the queue export tab? Because another custom field I created appears. But not the one I need.
Then I would assume the field that does appear in the Export tab is on the Ticket Details Form. Make sure both are on the Ticket Details Form specifically.
