Unable to host the OSticket

I am trying to host the osticket in the web server , after installation and modification of the codebase , I installed all the required dependencies in the server ,And after the confguiration setup in the apache and port set up
it is not working

No details were given in online or offical documentation

how to check the log file or have we want to create a log file in the osticket system

Does this error because of the php error in the codebase

does Here the system admin refer to the admin of the osticket system or the server admin
