anteriormente reporte un problema con la asignación de ticket no me mostraba en el reporte o el hilo a quien se le asignaba solo la hora y fecha, la solución que me brindaron era que el paquete de idiomas tenía un error y que lo iban a corregir que temporalmente usara el inglés, el paquete que me daba problemas era el español méxico, queria saber si ya se había solucionado este problema para volver a usar este paquete dado que es de suma importancia.

    For future reference, please do not open a new thread when asking for an update on an existing issue. Instead, you should simply post a new message on the previous discussion to keep everything contained within the same context.

    Since you already created a whole new discussion I'll provide an answer.. I stated previously that the issue will be resolved once the new Spanish language pack is released. I also stated that we release new builds of language packs upon new release of the core codebase. We don't have a set release date (as with any release) so I can only say it's coming soon. You will simply need to be patient and continue using the English language pack or just live with the issue for now and keep using the Spanish language pack.
