cuando asigno un ticket, revisó los hilos del ticket y me dice: Jean Pierre Garcia Garcia asignó esta a 5/8/24 08:15, pero no me aparece a quien se le asignó sólo la fecha.

- Does the Agent that was assigned exist?
- Does the Agent that was assigned have a name with special characters?

no tengo plugins instalados, el agente asignado existe, en el reporte me aparece el agente asignado pero en el hilo como mostré solo me aparece la fecha pero no aprece a quien se le asignó, el agente asignado aparece como: Jesús R. Garcia...
te adjuntare imágenes para brindarte una descripción más exacta
adjunto imagenes del reporte donde se muestra la asignación en el reporte pero no el hilo...
también adjunto los agentes para que logres ver que efectivamente el usuario existe.

What agent was it assigned to? Oh I see now, can you remove the ú from their name and retest? It may be a special character issue.

corregi el nombre, cree y luego asigne un nuevo ticket y el problema persiste
realice la prueba con otro agente para que puedas apreciar mejor
Ah, then it appears to be an issue with the language pack. If you switch back to English does it show the name properly?

I have confirmed this is an issue with the Spanish (Mexico) language pack. It appears someone translated the Staff Assignment Event string and changed data.staff to data.team; so it's essentially looking for the wrong data. I have corrected the string and it will be updated in the next build of language packs (which will be during the next legacy osTicket release coming soon).

Funciona correctamente si pones el Español de España.
