I had osTicket 1.17 running on CentOS which was running completely fine.
Now, I am using a VM which is running Oracle Linux 8.10 with osTicket 1.18 running on Mariadb 10.3, Apache 2.4 & PHP 8.2. RAM of VM is 32 GB and InnoDB buffer pool size to 16 GB with chunk size 2 GB. Resources now given to database and server are way better that what I previously had. It used to run smooth before but now I have lag while opening closed tickets tab, updating and posting a ticket. I have tried various things to optimize database as advised on the forum but have no luck.
Any other ideas?
